ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Books may be reserved by phone, by e-mail. IMPORTANT: All reserved books are held for 14 days. If we receive no payment or haven't otherwise heard from you before fourteen days have passed, the reserved items are put back out for sale.

Until our online cart system is in place, there are four different methods of payment:

• By money order or cashier's check - orders paid for by this method are processed immediately.
• By credit card - orders paid for by this method are shipped on the following business day. (Credit card numbers and expiry dates may be given to us either by phone (805-653-2732 - preferred) or by postal mail.) We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTER CARD, and VISA.
• By PayPal - please send your payments to our PayPal account (ralph(at)ralphscomiccorner.com) and your order will be processed immediately.
• By personal check - orders paid for by this method are shipped after ten business days.

Orders are shipped through the United States Post Office, though we will use other shipping companies if requested.

Insurance is available on most domestic orders. Shipping insurance may not be available on some international orders. Please inquire to availability. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost by the post office.

Shipping charges for all purchases:

• Within the United States - $4.95 minimum priority mail
• Some orders are eligible for less expensive first class shipping - please inquire
• Other countries - please inquire

California residents must also add 8.25% sales tax to total.

All orders are 100% guaranteed. If not satisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days to arrange a return for a full refund, store credit, or replacement.

IMPORTANT: We will declare the exact value of the purchase on any necessary customs forms for orders shipped outside the United States. Please do not ask us to declare a lesser value...we will not do so, under any circumstance. Thank you for understanding.

EQUALLY IMPORTANT: Media rate shipping does not apply to comic books and magazines, and we're not going to lie about the contents of the package to our local post office in order to ship it out more cheaply. However, we will be happy to ship book rate if the package is solely comprised of actual books.
